Registration and fees

 

Your participation will be confirmed, and your presentation will be included in the programme only if at least one of the authors has registered and paid the participation fee before the deadline.

Registration deadline for speakers: 15 June 2026
Registration deadline for other participants: 15 July 2026

We encourage everyone to register early. If you are a speaker, please ensure you complete your registration by 15 June 2026 so we can finalise the programme.

Registration fees:

  • Registration fee (full price): €150
  • Registration fee for PhD students: €80
  • Registration fee for BA/MA students: €50

If you are a student or PhD student, you may be asked to submit a scanned document confirming your status.

The conference registration fee includes the conference pack, coffee breaks, a welcome reception on August 17, and a guided walking tour of the city on August 19. Lunches on all days and dinner on August 18 are not included in the conference fee.

 

Conference dinner

The conference will host an optional conference dinner on the evening of August 18 at the fine dining restaurant Grey. The price of the dinner is 40 Euros.

 

Cancellation Policy

If a cancellation is received on or before 30 June 2026, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded. From 1 July 2026, or in the event of non-attendance for any reason, the registration fee is non-refundable.

 

Payment options

You can pay the conference fee via the Paysera ticketing system. Accepted methods of payment are bank transfer via online banking and credit card. Please pay here >>.

Please note that you can request an invoice (receipt) through the Paysera system. If the invoice issued by Paysera is not sufficient for your purposes, you may request an invoice issued directly by Vilnius University by selecting the relevant option in the registration form below.
